This course will demonstrate effectiveness and reproducibility of Pre Descemet's Endothelial Keratoplasty (PDEK) in varied endothelial dysfunction. Video-based teaching of graft preparation and transplantation, comparable effectiveness of pneumatic dissection (PDEK) in improving endothelial preservation, corneal morphology in younger donors against mechanical separation in DMEK, DSAEK, and PK will be discussed. PDEK in complex cases will be highlighted.
