This course will review the hyaloid-sparing posterior capsulorhexis and optic capture techniques. Attendees will better understand automated technology for capsulotomy and its learning curve and understand the paradigm changing advantages of making cataract surgery a permanent visual solution for all ages, eliminating the need for Nd:YAG capsulotomy and planned pediatric anterior vitrectomy.
