Daniel H. Chang, MD
Daniel H. Chang, M.D. is a board certified ophthalmologist who graduated with honors from the California Institute of Technology. He received his medical and ophthalmology training from Duke University and Emory University. Dr. Chang was invited to the prestigious cornea and refractive surgery fellowship at Minnesota Eye Consultants, where he was trained on state-of-the-art vision correcting techniques.
William F. Wiley, MD
Dr. Wiley is currently medical director at ClearChoice, the Cleveland Eye Clinic and Toledo LASIK Center. He also helps young ophthalmologists learn, assisting the faculty at Case Western University Hospital. Dr. Wiley received a BA in Chemistry from the University of Virginia then attended the Medical College of Ohio. To date, Dr. Wiley has performed over 10,000 cataract and refractive surgical procedures.
