Only the most promising Navy pilots attended the TOPGUN Fighter Weapons School, located in San Diego, California. As depicted in the famous 1986 movie, the Navy’s best TOPGUN instructors trained them to become elite fighter pilots. In this 2-hour program, attendees will be transformed by TOPGUN phaco instructors into elite cataract surgeons. Sixteen international instructors will give you their best and most essential pearls that have helped each of them become a leading surgeon. Rather than teaching complex maneuvers, they will present practical “trade secrets” that you can incorporate in the O.R. next week. The coveted TOPGUN award will go to the instructors who present the best phaco teaching cases, as voted by the audience. Real life retired US Navy TOPGUN pilot Stephen Schallhorn, MD will present the award.

This rapid-fire video session will be extremely fast paced because our attendees feel the need …. the need for speed!
