Description
This video demonstrates surgical management of anterior, posterior, mixed PFV. Preoperatively all the cases were diagnosed as unilateral pediatric cataract with no suggestive findings of PFV. Intraoperatively PFV diagnosis were made and managed accordingly by pediatric cataract surgeon. In two cases IOL was implanted but in one case IOL was not implanted due to smaller corneal diameter.
