2024 Exhibits & Affiliate Applications

Reserve a Booth

ASCRS and ASOA exhibitors can submit their exhibit space application via the online application through Map Your Show (MYS). Through the MYS system, you can update your company information, pay your required 50% deposit, and view an updated floorplan.

Those who did not qualify for an Advance Sale Appointment at the 2023 Annual Meeting can submit an application before September 8th, 2023 for a Microsoft Teams/Zoom Sales Appointment. Begin your application by selecting "I Need Space!".

Appointments will be sent out in September and will take place from September 18th-29th. you will be able to view a live floorplan and select your booth space in real time. To be included in the video booth selection calls, you must submit your booth application and 50% deposit no later than September 8th. Your booth space selection video call time will be emailed the week of September 11th, based on priority point order.

Booth space applications received from September 9th– October 9th will be automatically assigned the best available space after the booth selection video calls are completed on September 29, on a first come/first served basis.

Booth confirmations will be sent on October 9, 2023. Booth applications received after October 9 will be processed on a first come/first served basis.

Affiliate Functions

Applications to request affiliate function meeting space are now open!

All meetings and events hosted by industry, attendees, or non-attendees must be submitted to ASCRS through the online space application process and must be approved by ASCRS. ASCRS approval must be obtained prior to contacting or working with the selected hotel or venue. Hospitality suites fall under the affiliate function policy and follow all rules and regulations set forth by the affiliate function policies and procedures.

All functions must be scheduled so as to not interfere with the ASCRS and ASOA programs, breaks, events, and lunches. Applications for functions that are submitted conflicting with the outlined dates and times will not be approved.
