| June 21 | ASCRS website opens to accept submissions for instructional courses, papers, electronic posters, and films / Financial Interest Disclosure and ASCRS Faculty CME Review site opens |
| September 3 | Deadline to submit all abstracts for ASCRS instructional courses, papers, electronic posters, and films / Deadline for all presenting faculty to complete Financial Interest Disclosure and ASCRS Faculty CME Review (see page 6) |
| September 16 | Deadline to submit abstracts for ASOA Practice Management Courses |
| December 6 | ASCRS & ASOA will send notifications of acceptance/decline via email |
| January 7 – February 18, 2025 | Uploads for films and posters open |
| February 13, 2025 | Deadline to update abstract results and conclusions for scientific papers and electronic posters |
| March 24, 2025 | Deadline for all ASCRS & ASOA faculty to register |
| April 2, 2025 | Deadline to upload all electronic posters |
