Utilizing a low-power Argon laser to recenter the pupil in a patient experiencing diminished peripheral vision during the day due to correctopia following a complex cataract surgery, two concentric rows of laser spots, each measuring 500 microns in size, with a power of 200 mW, were administered over a duration of 0.5 seconds on the mid-peripheral iris.
