Ceantral retinal artery occulusion (CRAO) ia a disease to lead to blindness. Thrombolytic therapy and ocular massage are not effective. We have treated CRAO who was almost blind with VA of 20/2000. At 4 hours after the onset of CRAO, emergency vitrevtomy and rapid change of high and low IOP method were performed. Her VA recovered to 20/100 at 1 day post-op and improved to 20/20 at 3 days post-op.
