Pseudophacocele is a visually debilitating rare clinical entity. The video describes diagnosing the condition and performing glued intrascleral fixation of an intraocular lens with pars plana vitrectomy as a single stage procedure for cases with pseudophacocele with clinical outcomes that are encouraging with retention of reasonably good visual potential in all the cases. In addition, various associated features and its clinical management are desribed too.
