This film shows a new technique to adjust the refraction by changing the length of haptics during flanged intraocular lens (IOL) fixation. We developed a new instrument for this technique to keep the angle of the scleral tunnel constantly. We measured the refraction using intraoperative wavefront aberrometry and decided the cutting length of haptics. This technique enabled intraoperative adjustment of refractive error.
