Several capsulotomies were evaluated by Scanning Electron Microscope after Femtosecond LASER. Different settings of spot energy, spot separation, layer separation, delta up and delta down were compared. The lower parameters showed a smoother surface and the lower range of delta showed fewer bubbles.
