This video demonstrate anterior segment reconstruction of a young patient with bilateral microspherophakia ,anterior subluxated lenses high myopia, corneal astigmatism and chronic angle closure. The patient had undergone BE clear lens extraction followed by a capsular tension ring implantation, sclera sutured capsular segments and in-the-bag toric IOL implantation.
