In DSAEK surgery it is sometimes difficult to obtain a good donor centering. We invented a simple technique with 30-G needle and 6-0 nylon. Recipient cornea is punctuated with 30-G needle at 4 points every 90 degrees on the circumference with a diameter of 8 mm, the same size as the donor. Four 6-0 nylon inserted through the puncture into anterior chamber trap the donor with a good centering.
