Post FLACS patient was referred for chronic sectoral PBK. Initial conservative medical treatment showed no improvement. Ant-segment OCT showed inferotemporal Descemet’s Membrane Detachment. Air Descemetopexy attempted twice in clinic was unsuccessful. Inferotemporal Irido-Descemet’s membrane adhesion was found intra-op during DMEK surgery which would explain the difficulty with air descemetopexy.
