This film explores techniques and principles for bleb needling and revisions to restore aqueous flow and improve bleb survival following Xen Gel Stent failure. The film demonstrates a new technique using a micro incisional subconjunctival approach. The technique uses a sideport blade, micro incisional scissors, and forceps to needle and extract obstructing tenon’s and restore bleb function.
