To describe a novel minimally invasive surgical technique for treatment of open-angle glaucoma. Initial papers describe gonioscopic-transluminal trabeculotomy as a circumferential procedure. The authors describe a novel procedure with 180-degree trabeculotomy followed by ab-interno viscoelastic canaloplasty (viscocanaloplasty).
