Photorefractive Keratectomy (PRK), although a time tested procedure, falls short in terms of patient comfort as majority of the patients complain of pain post-operatively.This video demonstrates the use of Bandage Contact Lens (BCL) soaked in 0.45% ketorolac solution after PRK and comparison of post-op pain by the validated Wong-Baker pain scale, in subjects with and without ketorolac soaked BCL.
