The purpose is to evaluate safety and efficacy in a contralateral eye comparison of TMR to standard. Several cases designed with TMR based on Placido and LED color topography, Scheimpflug and OCT tomography; and received TG-LASIK. Refractive parameters, contrast sensitivity (CS) and cornea refractive symmetry (CRS) were evaluated. TMR cases showed superior refractive, CS and CRS outcomes and TG LASIK may offer superior refractive outcomes.
