In this video we propose a Novel technique of Intra Corneal Ring Segment (ICRS) followed by topoguided epithelial removal and Collagen crosslinking (CXL). ICRS were implanted according to our nomogram based on keratometric values and MRSE. The cone size and location was measured and topoguided epithelial removal was planned on SCHWIND AMARIS 1050RS. PTK of 70μ depth was perfomed followed by CXL.
