Donor unscrolling after injection in anterior chamber is a hurdle for DMEK surgeons. This video demonstrates different types of surgeon-prepared DM scroll and their behaviour in a BSS-filled petri dish just before donor loading. After loading, see orientation of “S” mark within cartridge in bevel-down’ position against white background and inject accordingly with bevel-up or bevel-down position.
