A 43-year-old male suffered a triradiate corneal perforation in his left eye following trauma with a metal wire. He underwent a surgical repair under local anesthesia with interrupted sutures and a central bridging suture (10-0 nylon) to seal the defect. The anterior chamber was adequately formed and a bandage contact lens was placed. Postoperatively, he was treated with antibiotics and steroids.
