Achieving “perfect” vision in patients is a challenge in refractive surgery. Our software uses algorithmic approach tobridge the mismatch between topolyzer and manifest refraction bydividing the patients into 3 treatment groups using 3Z rule (Zonules and accommodation, Zernike’s Analysis, Zero rule for ablation). We propose that this software could be the way forward to attain “perfect” vision.
