Cataract surgery in pseudoexfoliative patients is associated with a higher rate of complications due to poor pupil dilation and, to a greater extent, to zonular weakness, due to the accumulation of fibrillar extracellular material. This video will focus on how to identify different degrees of zonular weakness and how to choose different strategies to deal with each of the different scenarios.
